Play it, Sam, 2012

The installation Play It, Sam promises a new kind of approach from the sound synthesis of the classical piano: pressing a key on the musical keyboard here does not trigger an analog or digital sound, but instead plays short video sequences from films, in which the corresponding key is pressed. Playing this innovative "instrument" results in a quick succession of the most diverse piano scenes, in which the piece is not only played, but also visualized at the same time.
