Shish is inspired by North African (popular) culture. For her installation developed on site, the daughter of Tunisian Jews that immigrated to Israel uses material from illustrated magazines, film posters, everyday objects, which she interweaves with her own drawings and photos into a dense texture: into an investigation into the construction of identity that is motivated by feminism and emancipation.
