| INTERAKTIV,
SPIELERISCH und TECHNISCH HÖCHST ANSPRUCHSVOLL -
bis 8. Oktober 2006 präsentiert das O.K Centrum für
Gegenwartskunst die CyberArts 2006, eine Ausstellung im
Rahmen der Ars Electronica.
Die gezeigten Werke gehen aus dem Prix
Ars Electronica, dem internationalen Wettbewerb für
Computerkunst hervor und sind somit Gradmesser und Leistungsschau
der digitalen Kunst weltweit.
Neben den Siegerprojekten der Kategorie Interaktive
Kunst werden auch Arbeiten aus dem Bereich Digital
Music, Net Vision und Digital Communities
vorgestellt.
Ein fünftägiges Animation Festival
und die O.K Night am 2.9. runden das
Programm ab.
INTERACTIVE,
PLAYFUL and TECHNICALLY HIGHLY SOPHISTICATED - the O.K
Center for Contemporary Art presents the CyberArts 2006,
an exhibition within the Ars Electronica.
Emerging from the Prix Ars Electronica, the international
competition of computer art, the displayed works set a
standard and represent the best of digital art from all
over the world.
In addition to the prize-winning projects of the Interactive
Art category, exhibits also include works from the categories
Digital Musics, Net Vision and Digital Communities.
A five-day Animation Festival and the O.K. Night on 2

Electronica Animation Festival
Zum
zweiten Mal findet heuer im O.K Centrum für Gegenwartskunst
das Ars Electronica Animation Festival statt. Das Programm
ist mit mehr als 150 Filmen aus über 30 Nationen
ausgesprochen umfangreich und vielfältig. Fünf
Tage lang werden ausgewählte Best-of-Filme aus dem
diesjährigen Prix Ars Electronica und speziell für
das Festival kuratierte Programme vorgestellt.
The Ars Electronica
Animation Festival is being held at the O.K Center for
Contemporary Art for the second time this year. More than
150 films from 30+ countries will make for a program of
impressive breadth and diversity. The five-day-long Animation
Festival 2006 will showcase outstanding works from this
year's Prix Ars Electronica and also feature selections
curated especially for the Festival.
